Maintenance and cleaning

Cleaning the filters

The filters must be checked and cleaned from

time to time. Dirty filters will degrade the

washing result.

Warning! Before cleaning the

filters ensure that the appliance

is switched off.

1. Open the appliance door and remove the

lower basket.

The filter system has a coarse filter (A), a

micro-filter (B) and a flat filter (C).

Turn the handle of the micro-filter (B) about

1/4 a turn counterclockwise to unlock it.

Remove the micro-filter (B) out of the flat

filter (C).

Take hold of the coarse filter (A) by the

handle with the hole and remove from the

micro-filter (B).

6. Thoroughly clean both filters under running

water.

Remove the flat filter (C) from the base of

the washing compartment. Clean both faces

thoroughly under running water.

Before you put back filter (C) in the base of

the washing compartment, make sure that

there are no residues of food or soil in or

around the edge of the sump.

Make sure that filter (C) fits perfectly under

the two guides (D).
